The new Canon EOS-M50 is here - might be an ideal Vlogging camera -  Dual Pixel AF - fully articulated LCD - Touch LCD - Mic In 

But there are big drawbacks - There is no Dual Pixel AF in 4k video recording (Contrast Only) - also there is large cropping of video when Electronic Image Stabilization is engaged.

There is No Panorama mode -

  • 2.36m-Dot OLED Electronic Viewfinder
  • 3.0″ Vari-Angle Touchscreen LCD

  •  Dual Pixel CMOS AF  -    But NOT in 4k video  - only contrast base AF in 4k 
  • ISO 100-25600, Extended ISO 51200
  • Silent shutter
  • Combination 5-Axis Image Stabilization  -  electronic - ( which crops )
